2. Use of the Platform
TrustLens is provided for legitimate business risk assessment purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Assessment Results and Limitations
TrustLens assessments are designed as diagnostic tools to identify potential risk areas. Results are based on the information you provide and represent a structured analysis, not a guarantee of security or risk elimination. TrustLens is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional security counsel.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, methodology, scoring frameworks, and software on the TrustLens platform are the exclusive property of TrustLens and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on assessment results. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
